Consequently it may be revised at any time during the tour with or without notice, depending on the exigencies of the occasion Payana Travels reserves the rights to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason.

Payana Travels accepts no responsibilities for losses additional expenses due to delay / change, missed connections, strikes, weather, war, quarantine or other causes however caused and all such losses and expense must be borne by the tourists.

Tour will be confirmed subject to availability of minimum number of passengers. In case the number of passengers is less than required capacity tour may be merged, postponed or conducted by mini bus taxi whichever has been arranged. In this case there may be changes in the seat nos.

Entrance ticket charges payable extra at the places of visit wherever applicable.

The allotment of seats in the bus for our North India tour will be strictly on age basis. Old aged will occupy the front seats and the young and energetic will occupy the remaining seats. The seat no is will be allotted on reaching the first destination.

Accommodation will be arranged depending on the size of your family. Extra person will be provided with a mattress. In case you require an extra room for your convenience the same will be arranged at an actual extra cost.

As reservation of Train Ticket well open 120 Days prior to our onward journey, you are requested to avoid RAC (Reservation against Cancellation) and wait listed tickets.

Senior citizen are eligible for a concession of male 30% & Female 50% on train fare. And they should Produce Age proof during train journey.

You can reserve your seats by paying Cash/Draft in favour of Payana Travels, payable at Udupi.

Minimum deposit if Rs.7000/- per seat for South and Central India tours and Rs.10,000/- for North India tours.(If the tour is by Flight, than amount towards the flight ticket should be paid along with the advance) The said deposit will be adjusted against the final cost of the tour.

Balance amount should be paid 20 days prior to the commencement of the tour

In any case you cancle the tour by written request and the following cancellation charges will apply for each seat-

Days or more prior to the departure:

40 days or more Prior for North India :- 25%
35 days or more Prior for South India :- 25%
30 days or more Prior for North India :- 50%
25 days or more Prior for South India :- 50%
20 to 30 days North India :- 80%
15 to 20 days South India :- 80%
Less than 20 days :- NO REFUND

North India Tours

Age 5 to 6 Years – 50% of the Adult fare (Without seat)
Age 5 to 10 Years - 75% of the Adult fare (with seat)

South India Tours

Age 3 to 5 Years – 50% of the adult fare (Without seat)
Age 6 to 10 years – 75% of the adult fare (with seat)
